If a product offered by VapeCastle is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with the VapeCastle Return Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the VapeCastle website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. VapeCastle reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

VapeCastle accepts major credit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information to VapeCastle, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. VapeCastle uses encrypted, secure payment processing to protect your financial information. VapeCastle does not store full credit card details on our servers.

Orders placed on the VapeCastle website are not considered accepted until VapeCastle confirms the order via email. VapeCastle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

VapeCastle ships orders from within the United States. Most VapeCastle orders are processed within one business day. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Most USA customers receive their VapeCastle orders within 2 to 5 business days.

VapeCastle follows all federal and state shipping laws, including the PACT Act. Some shipping carriers may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone aged 21 or older is available to sign for the package. VapeCastle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

VapeCastle currently ships only to addresses within the United States where vaping products are legally permitted. VapeCastle does not ship to PO Boxes in certain cases. If VapeCastle cannot ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Some states and local jurisdictions have restrictions on the sale and shipment of vaping products. VapeCastle follows all applicable laws and will not ship products to locations where such products are prohibited. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction. VapeCastle is not liable for orders seized by customs or law enforcement due to local restrictions.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

VapeCastle wants every customer to be satisfied. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product from VapeCastle, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. VapeCastle will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Due to the nature of vaping products, VapeCastle cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened, or tampered with. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories included. VapeCastle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after VapeCastle processes the return. VapeCastle does not charge restocking fees for defective or incorrect items.
