VapesCastle ships fast from within the USA. Here is how our processing and shipping works, so you always know when to expect your order.
At VapesCastle we know you want your vape fast. That is why we work hard to pack and ship orders quickly. This page explains our processing times, dispatch cutoff, delivery times, and what to know about receiving your order.
How Shipping Works
Everything you need to know about processing and delivery at VapesCastle.
01 Same-Day Dispatch Before 4 PM
If your order is received before 4:00 PM, it is dispatched the same day. We pack it and hand it to the carrier that same working day so it starts moving to you as fast as possible.
Orders received after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Payment must be fully cleared before an order can be dispatched.
02 Order Processing
Before an order ships, we check the details, verify age, and pack the products safely. This processing usually happens the same day for orders received before the 4:00 PM cutoff.
During busy sale periods or after holidays, processing may take a little longer. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.
03 Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method. Most USA customers receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery time is separate from processing time. The dispatch cutoff decides when your order leaves us; the carrier decides how long it takes to arrive.
04 Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives. If you do not receive tracking within the expected time, check your spam folder or contact us.
05 Adult Signature & Age Check
Because we ship vaping products, your order may require an adult signature at delivery. The carrier can ask for valid photo ID to confirm the person receiving the package is 21 or older.
Please make sure an adult of legal age is available to receive and sign for the package. If no one is available, the package may be held or returned.
06 Shipping Restrictions
VapesCastle only ships to locations within the USA where the sale and delivery of vaping products is legal. Because of the PACT Act and state laws, we cannot ship to areas where these products are banned or restricted.
If we cannot legally ship to your area, we will let you know and refund your order.
07 Correct Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. VapesCastle is not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address given by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will help if the order has not shipped yet.
08 Delays Outside Our Control
We dispatch on time, but once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Weather, carrier issues, and busy seasons can sometimes cause delays. If your package seems stuck, contact us and we will help you track it down.
